Our technicians carry parts on their trucks and we have parts available at our warehouse to fix your appliance. If we don't have it in stock, we use multiple parts distributors so we can get the part quickly, and for a great price.
If you decide to bring your machine into our shop, we can diagnose and repair your product, sometimes while you wait (but not always). Need your washer cleaned? We can do that here at the shop. Be advised though, some frontload models aren't really designed to be taken apart without the replacement of certain parts. Our shop techs are knowledgeable in major repairs and tear downs. Need your bearing replaced and no one wants to take on the job? We have you handled. Want to keep your old refrigerator but the compressor is bad? Some of our techs have been to and completed HVAC school and are the refrigeration tech you've been looking for.

We’ve been in business almost 50 years, and we still have the reputation of being one of, if not the best in Washoe County; we’re just a well kept secret.
